Nueva coloración MOONLIGHT y nuestra línea compacta de anodizado en IPCM 65
Alsan ha tenido la oportunidad en participar nuevamente en la edición 65 de la revista IPCM (ver revista aquí) con dos artículos técnicos de presentación, donde poder descubrir todas las especificaciones y características de nuestra línea de anodizado compacta Anodikit® ZONE y de la nueva y recién estrenada gama de coloración en grises para aluminio anodizado Elcosan® Moonlight.

Anodikit® ZONE: The Most Innovative and Compact Plant Available for Anodising
Alsan has developed Anodikit® ZONE, a new compact, automated system that can carry out the anodising process in accordance with the Qualanod specifications.

Throughout the history of aluminium, several obstacles have prevented sector players from entering the world of anodising. The high investment required, the need for large spaces to install a system, and the obligation to hire different qualified employees able to follow the regulations in force are just a few of the factors that have limited the development of one of the safest and highest quality processes available to protect aluminium. Alsan’s new plant, called ZONE, solves all these issues. New Elcosan® Moonlight Colours: Alsan Widens the Spectrum of Greys by Optical Interference
Alsan, the Spanish company specializing in chemical products for surface treatments, launched Elcosan® Moonlight, a new technology developed to obtain new optical interference colourations, which allow to find a zone of stability and reproducibility within the range of grey colours.

Alsan began in 1981 with the introduction of Elcosan® DC / AC technology in a Valencian company, performing electro-colouring in bronze. In 1985 it moved forward with the implementation of stainless steel colours under the application of this same technique, but it was not until 1997 when it introduced Elcosan® Rainbow technology in Spain.
Alsan has more than two decades of experience in optical interference colouring technology and that it is widely used around the world by many of its clients.
Applied research was necessary to, over time, improve the processes, the facilities and adapt the software of Alsan’s colouring equipment, to achieve the best control of the electrical parameters and thus be able to optimize the uniformity of production of colours by interference.
